- You are dissatisfied with the product for any reason.

Please initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- For Returning an Item, you will have to send us an email on info@sonaniijewelry.com.
- You will have to provide us an order id, and the recorded video of the package opening. (Please ensure the recorded video shows all the pieces from start to end without pausing without the unpacking video we won’t be able to take your request).
4. Return Conditions:
As per our return policy, we are committed to our packaging and spend a lot of time in making
sure each piece is inspected carefully and then packed with love and care, but sometimes due
to poor handling by courier companies, items can be damaged during transit. In that case we
offer to replace or give you credit for your next purchase (please make sure to record the
opening of the package showing all the pieces from start to end without pausing in order to get
credit or replacement, without the opening video we won’t be able to take your request).
5. Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
6. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will either replace the item or give you credit for your next purchase.
7. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
